A Slow Moving Water Meter

A slow moving water meter at the street resulted in a leak on the main line between the meter and the back flow valve over an area on the front yard of the house. The cold and hot pressurized water lines inside the house were found to be secured after a leak detection was performed. A cold leak had been fixed inside the house prior to discover that the house had a second leak.
